Roundtable Description:

Legislators have faced record shortfalls between projected revenues and planned spending, leading to struggles about reprioritizing services and different types of tax increases. Fiscal 2011 may even be a repeat of 2002, the last time states spent less than they had the year before, as infusions of federal money taper off. Experts will be on hand to share their perspectives and facilitate discussion about what states are doing and what they could be doing.
